Your fully furnished apartment comes with state of the art kitchen appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and controlled access with security cameras throughout. Whether you're making plans with your other J1ers, heading into San Francisco for the day or getting out and seeing everything Berkeley has to offer, you'll have everything you need to make the most of your summer.

The Prospect is situated right in the heart of Berkeley, just two blocks from the UC Berkeley campus, a five minute walk from the School of Law and Haas School of Business, and directly across the street from our 2430 Prospect building. It's a co-living student community with a brilliant atmosphere, and you'll be surrounded by a building full of Irish J1 students from day one.
Your fully furnished apartment comes with stainless steel kitchen appliances including air fryers and panini presses, secure keyless access, controlled access with security cameras, on-site washer and dryer, bike storage, a free print station, complimentary cleaning supplies and a coffee and tea station. There are spacious communal hangout areas, quiet study spots and rooftop balconies to make the most of. A live-in community manager is also on site, along with monthly community events to help you settle in and meet people. The J1Accom BBQ is always one of the biggest highlights of the summer, taking over the rooftop of our building for an unforgettable day and night. All food is fully covered by J1Accom, and with BYOB, residents can settle in and enjoy the occasion.
With our resident DJ on the decks, the party rolls from day into sunset and well into the night. Great music, great people, and unbeatable craic — it’s an event everyone looks forward to.
